We draw inspiration from contemporary design and cozy country living, Silo Designs Co. is a boutique online printable shop offering modern artwork for your home. Our designs are based on a modern farmhouse aesthetic providing you with vintage style and inspirations at affordable prices.

We offer three types of prints in various sizes to suit your decorating needs: Standard, Engineered, and Custom. Follow the directions for Custom prints on the listing descriptions after purchase.

Returns and exchange details

{DIGITAL FILES}

Due to the nature of digital files and the design work involved, no refunds will be issued once an order has been sent to your email inbox. Custom Order Proofs are sent for you, the buyer, via email to review the design and information and request any changes or corrections.
Please review your proof thoroughly.

For custom orders, changes can be made to the artwork within 48 hours after the file has been approved. We understand these things can happen, unfortunately. After two weeks of being approved and finalized, all files are cleared from our computers for storage purposes. If any changes need to be made after two weeks, a new order will need to be made.

Payment

We accept major credit cards. All payments must be made before any design work begins or before
any orders are sent via email. 

Due to the volume of orders and the time that goes into them, no work will be performed on any design (including custom designs) until the payment or a deposit has been made. Therefore, we can not show you a proof of something before you purchase it.

Shipping

You can expect your digital files within 24 hours via email. Turnaround time starts once payment has cleared and all of your information has been submitted. For custom orders, once proof has been approved, your .JPG File(s) will be sent to the email linked with your account.
